For more and more of us, home has really less to do with a piece of soil than, you could say, with a piece of soul. If somebody suddenly asks me, ‘Where’s your home?’ I think about my sweetheart or my closest friends or the songs that travel with me wherever I happen to be.
Travel and adventure is in our DNA, it’s how we met and it’s how we want to raise our kids. Travel naturally builds a worldview that shapes compassion, diversity and activism. We hope our children grow to be engaged citizens who are active in their local and global communities. Beyond parenting, we hope to find meaningful work and meet a global community of people seeking good.
Remote work – Greg works as a freelance designer which allows us the freedom to work from anywhere.
We don’t own a house – We had our hearts set on buying our first house and to finally settle down. Five years later with home prices drastically rising along with the cost of living, we were forced to reevaluate our plans. What we thought was a loss has turned into an opportunity!
World schooling – We are taking on the task of schooling our kids as we travel opening up a different approach to learning.
A work in progress…
